As the founder of Fleur de Lis Event Center—an award-winning venue just outside New Orleans—Chad has built one of the premier event destinations in the country, known for its exceptional service and unforgettable experiences.

Since opening its doors on March 1, 2009, Fleur de Lis has hosted more than 2,500 events, generated over $20 million in sales, and achieved consistent year-over-year growth (excluding the pandemic year). At the core of that success is Chad’s steady, servant-hearted leadership.

Drawing from his specialized training with The Walt Disney Company—the gold standard in customer service—Chad leads with a rare combination of operational excellence and genuine hospitality. He also served as a Venue Ambassador for The Knot, the nation’s most trusted wedding authority, where he influenced product development, educational initiatives, and industry best practices.

A lifelong learner and values-driven leader, Chad is committed to the continuous growth of his team, his business, and himself. His proactive, compassionate leadership during the 2020 pandemic became a model for venues nationwide. One of his guiding principles, rooted in his Disney experience, is: “It may not be my fault, but it is my responsibility.” This mindset defines his approach to every detail—whether solving wardrobe emergencies or calming family tensions with grace and empathy.

Kyle Gordon is the founder of Overhaulics, a web hosting, design, and digital services company he launched in 2014 to bring integrity and personalized support to an industry where both are often in short supply. His journey began at a hosting company riddled with unethical practices—unexpected rate hikes, misleading service claims, and poor customer support. Kyle consistently stood up for clients, doing everything he could to make things right, even when it led to his dismissal. That experience became the driving force behind the creation of Overhaulics—and later, Booked IQ.

Over the past decade, Kyle has helped more than 1,000 clients, specializing in the most complex and technical aspects of launching and growing an online business. From domain registration and email setup to analytics, sales systems, and digital compliance, he delivers white glove onboarding and hands-on support to ensure everything runs smoothly from day one.

In recent years, Kyle has expanded his expertise into AI-powered automation for small businesses. He designs intelligent FAQ bots to answer customer questions, voice assistants to route phone calls, and review request systems that streamline feedback collection. At the core of it all is Kyle’s commitment to making technology work for business owners—not against them.
