1. Discovery Call

Find a time that works best for you to meet with Booked IQ. We will walk you through the plan options, how setup works, and more.

2. Contract & Initial Setup

Time to Complete Step:  2-5 days

Total Time: 4-10 Days

After we create your account, we’ll send you a short onboarding form with about 20 questions. These questions are designed to give us a clear understanding of your business and provide the technical details we need to set up the system. Your answers also help us customize Booked IQ to align with your specific goals, from tailoring workflows to personalizing email templates. In addition, the information allows us to coordinate any hands-on support you may need during setup, ensuring everything is configured smoothly and effectively.

3. Q&A Questionaire

Time to Complete Step: 3-7 days

Total Time: 7-17 Days

After account creation we will send you a moderately long form (20 questions or so) that will help us learn about your business, these questions include information needed for the technical setup of the system as well as helps us gather the right details so we can start to customize Booked IQ to match your business needs and goals. We also use this information to coordinate helping you with setup if needed and customizing everything from your email templates to workflows.

4. Onboarding Call

Time to Complete Step: 2-5 days

Total Time: 9-23 Days

This final call takes place a few days after you submit your questionnaire. During the call, we’ll finish setting up your account and make sure all your systems (such as payment gateways, social networks, and calendars) are properly connected to Booked IQ. We’ll also send your login invite, walk you through the platform, and guide you in setting up and inviting your staff. By the end of the call, your account will be fully operational.

Ongoing Setup Support and Tweaks

Duration: 30 days

After your onboarding call, we provide 30 days of dedicated support to ensure your transition into Booked IQ is smooth and successful. During this period, our team will be available to answer questions, assist with configuration, and troubleshoot any issues that arise as you begin using the system. We’ll also guide you through best practices and help fine-tune settings—such as workflows, templates, and integrations—so Booked IQ is fully optimized for your business. Our goal is to give you confidence and clarity as you settle in, knowing that we’re here to support you every step of the way.
